Processes weren’t as sharp. Communication wasn’t as consistent. And if you noticed it, we noticed it too.

We want to say a sincere thank you to those who gave us honest feedback. It wasn’t always easy to hear, but it mattered. It helped us realise something important.

It was time to get back to what made Elliott Gray Elliott Gray.

  • Alex and Elsa are back in the thick of things, personally overseeing recruitment, meeting with clients and candidates, and leading a leaner, sharper team.

  • We’ve reviewed our systems, rebuilt our internal ops, and re-focused on consistency and outcomes.

  • We’ve brought the heart of the business, clarity, hustle, and honesty, back to the forefront.

We’re calling this next chapter Back to Bold. It’s not just a slogan. It’s a reminder of the bar we’ve always aimed to set and where we’re committed to raising it.
